While living in New South Wales, I had the pleasure of working for Zephyr Horses, a unique coastal horse ranch in the picturesque town of Byron Bay, Australia. They offer small personalized horse tours, on the beach, in the beautiful sub-tropical woodlands, and at The Farm. Definitely one of my best memories from Byron, riding the horses on the beach during sunrise.
